Orders
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order this email forms the Contract between us.

Postage

We are happy to ship your order to you wherever you are in the world. We use a carrier within the UK to help ensure the safety of our goods in transit. Cost is dependent on weight, these are the current prices:

UK – Signed £4.95
EUR – Tracked + Signed £POA
AUS – Tracked + Signed £POA

NZ – Tracked + Signed £POA

Worldwide – Tracked + Signed £POA

We are unable to ship to the USA & Canada and all African nations at this time for insurance reasons.

Customs Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Equihandee has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.

Please note that when shipping goods from the UK, Non-EU shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the UK, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.

Prices for our Products may change from time to time.

Payments & Credit Card Security

We accept payment via various credit and debit cards including Visa Debit, Barclaycard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express via the secure transaction processing agent PayPal. You can also pay via bank transfer using the PayPal checkout.

If you use the shopping cart facility of this website to buy from us we at no point see, hold or have access to your credit card details. Payment for goods will be in advance.

Delivery Times

All of our products are handmade we aim to ship your order within 7-14 days, If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an circumstances outside of our control we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.  All deliveries must be signed for. Before signing the delivery note, please ensure that the number of packages match the driver’s paperwork and that the packages are undamaged. You should keep your delivery note and all packaging and should notify our customer services team immediately if any of the packages are missing or damaged

Returns Policy

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel an order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2014) This means that during the relevant period of 14 days, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel your order, return the goods to us at your expense and receive a refund minus any carriage charges paid. (This does not include our Balance Straps and Neck Ropes) Goods must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging, you will be refunded onto the credit/debit card/ PayPal used to place the order.  To cancel your order you must contact us by email.  Goods being returned must be received within 10 days following the 14 days grace, In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty please contact us immediately. These cancellation right do not apply in the case of any made-to-measure or custom-made products

The materials on this website could include inaccuracies or typographical errors and are subject to change at any time. The materials are provided “as is” with no warranty. It is the responsibility of each individual to purchase relevant insurance where applicable. Equihandee accepts no responsibility for the injury or fatality of an individual or third party whilst using any of our products sold through ourselves.

If you are under 18, we require that you inform a parent or guardian about Equihandee’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions as well as requiring their consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before registering or placing an order with Equihandee.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and only the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any dispute arising under or in relation to them.

Rainbow Sensory Neck Ropes & Balance Straps & Lead Ropes Terms & Conditions

All items, unless stated are custom made to order, the right to return your items can only be exercised if they are not as described or faulty.
Please ensure that you measure your equine as correctly as possible by following all the information available on the website. Neck ropes cannot be exchanged in most circumstances.

Products that have been left out in the rain/or are left for long periods of time in wet conditions without care or treatment cannot be exchanged.
Once the item has been received by the customer, any changes that need to be made due to any errors by the customer during the order process may be subject to additional charges.

Faulty or not as described items will be fully refunded (including postage charges) within 7 days of Equihandee receiving the item(s) back.
Any mistakes by me will be replaced as necessary.
As all items are handmade very minor differences will occur, in all cases measurements will be made either to the inch or the cm as requested.

Our Neck Ropes and Balance Straps are designed as a sensory/fun item to be used on an occasional basis.

Equihandee takes no responsibility for any injury caused to horse or persons if our products are not used in a sensible, responsible manner and for which they are detailed to be used in the product description or by these terms and conditions. They are to be used by capable and competent persons who have experience with horses.
