• We ship worldwide except to the USA or Canada due to insurance restrictions.
• Delivery charges:
  • UK – Free
  • EU & Worldwide – Tracked & Signed, POA
• All deliveries must be signed for. Check packaging and quantity before signing. Report missing or damaged items immediately.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

• Orders shipped outside the UK may incur import duties, taxes or customs fees.
• You are the importer of record and responsible for any charges or compliance with local laws.
• Equihandee is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs inspections.

8. Delivery Times & Delays

• All products are handmade. We aim to dispatch orders within 7–14 days.
• Circumstances outside our control (supplier delays, strikes, pandemics) may affect delivery. We will notify you of revised dates.

9. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

• Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• Returns must be in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping except where goods are faulty.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Exclusions: personalised or made to measure products (e.g. Hi Viz) are not eligible for standard returns.

• Custom or personalised items are made specifically for you.
• Cancellation rights do not apply unless the product is faulty.
