Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Free from hair, dirt or odour
- In original packaging
We reserve the right to reduce refunds if goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised products
- Made-to-measure items
- Custom orders
- Balance Straps
- Neck Ropes
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If goods are faulty, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
You may be entitled to:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
We may request photographic evidence before processing claims.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for:
- Return shipping
- Customs declarations
- Any import duties on re-entry
