Delivery
As our products are handmade, we aim to dispatch within 7–14 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please inspect parcels before signing and notify us within 48 hours if goods are damaged or missing.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs processing
- Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)
Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.

We currently do not ship to:

- Canada

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, you are the importer of record.
You are responsible for:

- Customs duties
- Clearance fees
- Compliance with local regulations
We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges resulting in returned goods may incur additional shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund.
