Equihandee Freedom

We love our Equihandee, Malaya uses horse riding as of her physio session to help with her balance and was difficult to be able to hold on to her all the time. But we the Equihandee it has been much easier for me and Malaya. It’s simple to use and very effective. We couldn’t recommend this product more!

We recently purchased an Equihandee freedom for our little girl and what an absolutely brilliant bit of kit it is. It is made to the highest specifications and quality and offers incredible support. Not only does it support our little girl but with the handle on the back it makes it so much more comfortable for me to walk along side supporting her. As you hold the handle it makes her use her core so much more which is brilliant for her posture not only on the horse but all the time. We ordered on-line and delivery was very fast with good email communication letting you know the status of the order and delivery. I cannot recommend Equihandee highly enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sarah loves your harness, her mum told me that Sarah even wears it at home, so that they can practice walking all day long. This is what we needed to encourage Sarah to practice again. Now she was able to walk on her own without being embraced by her mum.

This is a brilliant aid. I run a non-for-profit pony group for kids and this has enabled us to extend riding even more for younger kids and those were special-needs and disabilities who would not have been able to ride safely and whose parents would have been very nervous and even reluctant to allow them to be on a pony. This has been a fabulous product for us.

I have twin daughters, one disabled, who both love riding and are at different stages. From the first time we tried this product I am in love and my daughters are too. My child with special needs feel safe and secure while wearing it. Easy to put on and fasten up, especially with a very active and excitable child. Does exactly what it is meant to do. My son has no awareness of danger and likes the sensation of falling. Now we can ride safely without him breaking my back or his. Looks very smart and professional.

Lorcan has been riding with us for about four years. He’s been using the Equihandee Freedom with a special cushion in front of him. Today was his first time without that cushion thanks for the new Equihandee Core Support, it made life a lot easier for the sidewalks too

The new equihandee is amazing within a few seconds of my little boy wearing this he was no longer jumping and bouncing and even managed a few minutes riding. We usually only manage about 10 seconds sitting and we even managed to get him to wear a hat something we haven’t been able to do about two years he suffers with severe autism global development delay and sensory processing disorder. This product is a godsend off and on riding he loves sensory output. He gets from ponies and it’s an amazing product that allows him to do that, thank you, Equihandee x

We used our Equihandee freedom for the first time today at Horses connect and it was a huge success. Not only did it help us to help the riders sit straight and centred in order to properly work their core muscles but it was much more comfortable for the riders than the gate belt we have been using. It also made life a lot easier for our side walkers and the ponies were happier because there was much less stopping to correct the rider position.

For anyone with disabled kids all the equihandee harnesses are brilliant for riding and for walking support for children with core muscle issues I always use these for my young or disabled kids that ride my pony

I use an equihandee in my role as a coach with Ravelrig RDA. I have seen a young rider with Retts grow in core strength and receives minimal support. A simple but a very effective piece of equipment.
